• Ultimate Versatility (3-in-1): Masterfully handles Straight Line Welding, Circular/Cylinder Welding, and 90° Vertical Welding all in one machine.
• Massive Capacity: Supports a welding length of 6000mm and a thickness range from 3.0mm up to 50.0mm.
• Smart Flexibility: Equipped with independent-motor Automatic Sheet Rolling Devices. The 2nd rolling device can slide freely on a 1-meter guide rail—perfect for adjusting positions when welding cylinders up to 2 meters to guarantee flawless quality.

We are also proud to unveil our New Design features aimed at taking automation and precision to the next level:
• Effortless 90° Vertical Welding: One of the beams features 23 independently controlled pneumatic suckers, allowing PP/PE slabs to be perfectly positioned and blocked vertically.
• Sectional Clamp Control: Each 6-meter beam is split into two 3-meter sections with independent pneumatic pressure clamps for maximum material flexibility.
• Triple Control Interface: Seamless operation via mechanical buttons, touch screen keys, and foot pedals.
• Microscopic Precision: Driven by Delta's servo motor and lead screw, the heating plate's lifting accuracy reaches an incredible 0.01mm. During vertical welding, the contact surface adjusts automatically based on plate thickness for a perfect weld.
